I really was not thinking of getting a puppy, but I held him and smelled his puppy breath. That was all it took. That and getting him from a reputable breeder.

He's Home, I am so excited. He is 7 weeks old today, which happens to be my birthday too. ( yes there is a 7 in my age).
Of course we are expecting about 10 inches of snow. I will be taking lots of pictures.
I am so happy, Roxie & Jake are adjusting well... I have enough love for all of them..
Wow Sting is growing up fast. He is so smart. He knows sit,paw and sit up. He goes to the door to go out. He knows NO and hears it alot..... We are working on down,come and stay. He walks on a leash pretty good too. He is a joy I think he will be great at whatever we do. I am hoping to do herding, agility, and maybe conformation too.
Here we are at (OUR) first dog show. Sting was the only pup in his age class all 3 days so we came home with 3 first's:) What a riot we had, Sting bounced and wiggled all the way around the ring. At least he stood for his picture. He loved every dog and person there.
We have started on sheep. Sting shows a lot of promise. Here is Sting waiting to start working.
